Subject: [K-list] telepathic/empathic experiences, exercises

I know these things are sometimes difficult to explain, and sometimes
harrowing.
 
But I am wondering if its possible to share our exercises and experiences on
these matter so maybe we could come up with something that might help
ourselves and others in the future?

There is also the philosophical debate for and against talking about
anything like this, but I think that should be kept to a separate email
thread.

I disagree with the above statement from purplad
people take on stuff all the time without recognizing they do it. take
empaths for example or even small children. both are forever taking on other

peoples negativity unwittingly at times....just m o
