I have something to share from yesterday, too.

I was sitting at the computer yesterday as well, and I was chatting with a
friend, with whom I often connect energetically. She asked me "Can you reach
out to me now?" I agreed to do that. Reaching out is no problem. But I
could actually "see" something reaching out from within me. Like a body
inside the body. It looked more like it was made out of light and was
shimmering and shifting, just like angels are so often pictured and
envisioned. I didn't really see it with my eyes, but it was more of tuning
into an awareness of something that was there. I could reach out with this,
almost shift out of the physical body, while staying in it.. Kinda like it
can be extended at will. When I allow myself to be more open, it also
becomes more bright, kinda like a cord in the middle of me lighting up this
entire "body" I had a very beautiful experience the other day where I let
this angel open up and blend into my wife. We were sitting together on the
floor, holding hands. It was strong enough to make me break down into tears
completely. My sinuses were aching for a full day after and my wife had a
headache for a full day afterwards.
