A friend of mine has asked me to send her energy, but not Kundalini energy
as it
affects her. This feels wrong, as the Kundalini is internal but she's
becoming more
and more paranoid and I feel responsible for trying to help her understand,
the
problem is that I don't fully understand myself.

To me energy is energy, how can my mind discriminate between the 2 ?
I either send energy or not. Kundalini(compressed consciousness) energy
is surely internal and anyway you cannot consciously discriminate between
the 2.

I want to try and explain that the energy is non-harmful but don't know how
to
begin and am getting lost.

Are there different forms of energy, or is energy just plainly and simply
energy.
