Maybe we can use this table to see what chakra was first blocked, by
comparing with the age of a first major event to when it was fixed. I know
its all a bit general, but if it points someone in the right direction then
all good. :)
Root: 1-8 yrs
Sacral: 8-14 yrs
Solar plexus: 14-21 yrs
Heart: 21-28 yrs
Throat: 28-35 yrs
Third Eye: na
Crown: na

So say I had something happen when I was 16 and I did not heal this event
till I was 27 I would have to heal the heart and solar plexus.
I've listed out the physical and emotional dysfunctions below.
Root
Physical: Osteoarthritis
Emotional: Mental Lethargy, "spaciness", incapable of inner stillness.
Sacral
Physical: Impotence, frigidity, bladder & prostate problems, lower back pain
Mental: Unbalanced sex drive, emotional instability, feelings of isolation.
Solar Plexus
Physical: Stomach ulcers, digestive problems, chronic fatigue, allergies,
diabetes
Mental: Oversensitive to criticism, need to be in self control, low self
esteem.
Heart
Physical: Shallow breathing, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer.
Mental: Fears about betrayal, co-dependant, melancholic.
Throat
Physical: Sore throats, neck ache, thyroid problems, tinnitus, asthma.
Mental: perfectionism, inability to express emotions, blocked creativity.
Third eye
Physical: Headaches, poor vision, neurological disturbances, glaucoma.
Mental: Nightmares, learning difficulties, hallucinations.
Crown
Physical: Sensitivity to pollutants, chronic exhaustion, epilepsy,
Alzheimer's.
Mental: Depression, obsess ional thinking, confusion.
As all the chakras are linked, when one goes out of whack it can take the
others with it, so again an example.
I have something bad happen to me at 8, it affects my sacral and I close it,
as I am no longer expressing my emotions properly my throat, gets blocked
too, causing an imbalance in my solar plexus. From the age of 14-21 I am
very angry I do not know why because my sacral is blocked and so is my
throat. So I release my anger as frustration and get a over active, solar
plexus, and cause heart Imbalance, which does not affect me till I am 21.
This is only a theory so please do not take it too seriously, if it works in
helping Identify some blockages people might have then great.

What I think has happened for me, (I had some very nasty things happen in
between the age of 8-10), was that my k went to sleep around that time, I
believe that most people lose touch with their k around childhood. That is
what is meant by k being asleep.
