Don't think they are thoughts, I've had it happen twice to me, once with the
brow and once with the solar plexus, both times, I was In a lucid sleep, and
both times the light was transferred from me to the same energy centre in
the other person.

Sometimes I have seen tiny lights flying around that I can control, but this
was different the light was small and at the same time very bright and it
moved very slowly.

I have seen small lights shooting up from a persons head and disappearing.
I don't know where these lights went... perhaps to another person.

Maybe they are thoughts, but I would think that the travel of thoughts and
other
forms of energy would be instantaneous if not just too quick to perceive.
