Dear Bhadvin,

Your response to this was that kundalini was more blissful but less
intense and lasts longer and I thought I would share the differences in my
experience. I would certainly agree that k lasts longer as the experience is
continious for many years and not suttle much like the energy state just
before orgasm but full body and not genital. When I focus on k it is so
intense that I cannot feel the body but remain in an infinate state of
pleasure until I am forced to function in the physical world and consciously
will my self into the physical world. I remain in bliss for 5 or six hour
nearly every night as that is when I am least likely to be interupted.
Though sex with my wife is beautiful and I love the connection and the
oneness we achieve together the phisical is a distraction and I often
consider not bothering anymore.

Peace
Guy
