There's always a lot of talk about digestive problems with K and awakening
experiences in general. I've had them too, lots of strange things
concerning the digestion. This could be an interesting thread to talk about.


What has happened lately is that all my digestive problems have ceased
completely, and it works perfectly smoothly. To the degree that hunger
rarely feels pressing or bothersome, barely any loss of energy at all after
eating, and the.. well, procedure of going to the bathroom is very, very
easy and smooth. (I do practice hatha yoga practices regularily, but this
seems very spontaneous)

Has anybody else had experiences with this?
