hi Lori,
the height change is fascinating.
In fact, its kind of a coincidence..I have been
thinking about physical transformation following
self-realisation...
in your case, however, if you are confused, try to
think back to your NDE...to see if you have any memory
of the occurrences during and after...
coz recently i was reading about a woman who had NDE
and came back and she had healing powers but she didnt
realise for a long time that she had bbeen told it was
a gift during her OBE or something....
so maybe the answer lies there.
also, dont rack your brains, just lie still, in
thought and body and mind, and the answer will present
itself if it need be...
intentionality wise, have strong faith which should
turn into knowing that the answer will come.
