Ranbir,

My hands and fingers are the parts of my body where I started to feel
the energy first after half a year of K yoga practices. Right now I have
those sensations a few hours per day and, sometimes also in my feet and
toes. And, just like you mention, when its starts coming up, I have a
great feeling of love and openness. Someone mentioned hand and feet
sub-chakra´s to me. Ialso would like to have a deeper understanding of
this.
