Welcome! And welcome all other newcomers.

Physiological changes are known to occur on occasion with K. Some time ago
we did a poll on the subject: http://kundalini-gateway.org/polls/po_phychg.html

Although no one at the time specifically mentioned a change in height and/or
weight (very interesting!) it wouldn't, IMO, be out of the range of
possibility. (see poll for a case of change in bone density, for instance). There are
also often hormonal changes, although I'm not sure if they would influence
height directly.

People have in the past mentioned changes in the shape of their heads as the
energy seems to rearrange matters!
