1 rain on caravan roof when I am snug in bed
2 gales when I am safely indoors
3 small rivers tumbling over rocks
4 birds singing
5 sometimes, utter silence

1 screeching chalk on blackboard (this is at physical pain level)
2 cruel laughter
3 mobile phones in public places
4 if i need peace, loud music or sudden sharp sounds
5 snoring
6 people eating with their mouths open
