for me:

1. sounds of flowing water
2. rustling of wind in trees
3. Classical music and Indian music esp Ravi Shankar
4. bird songs and hummingbird whirs
5. cats' purrrs

>And now if you can, can you tell me the five sounds that you dislike the

1. (a classic!) The sound of finger nails screeching on a blackboard
2. high pitched electronic sounds
3. leaf blowers
4. "theme" music for radio and tv programs
5. yapping dogs

I remember when in my 20's I was high and listening to some music I
particularly liked, when the next door neighbor started to blare some very alien (to
my ear) music. It upset me a lot, until I realized I could blend the two and
make some very interesting sounds!

Love, Hillary
