Hope you are well,
I'm interested in doing a survey into sounds

If possible can you first give me your five most soothing sounds,
These sounds would be the ones that you find you are most at peace with.

most. These are the sounds that distract and irritate you the most.

Also can you tell me if possible,
What you most active energy centre is

Energy centre:

I thank you in advance for any replies,
I'll collect all the data and then give it too Hilary,
Maybe she can put it up on the website,
We could even make a cd or something of the best sounds to help with the
centres and relaxation and the ones to be avoided.
I'm not sure how long I should collect the data for so maybe you could
advise on that?

I wonder,
Would it be possible to say do a survey or poll,
To find out what sounds rock your boats and what sounds don't
Could be quite useful in finding the perfect sounds for relaxing and
producing different states. (it might also be helpful to say what your main
energy centre is (if there is one) so we can say what sounds work best/worst
for what centres).

Do I have to ask someone to do that?
Or can I do It myself.
