Maybe it has to do with your own vibrations! But from personal experiences,
it can also have to do with heightened sensitivity and a reaction from the
mind.

I have recently had intense difficulties with sounds of cars passing outside
the house, sometimes to the extent that even the faintest noise at some
points sent me screaming fits during sadhana.. The sensitivity along with
some sort of 'allergy' towards a certain thing in life brought this about in
me. It is better now, because I've learned to witness it, but I still feel
incredibly sensitive to certain sounds.. Loud cell phone signals can
literally make my navel chakra churn into a knot sometimes.

Some sounds indeed don't resonate in a healthy way with our own vibrations
in large doses, but what we have to discern is, what is an "unhealthy"
sound, and what is a reaction created in our own minds?

Here's one for you all,

I don't like grating noises,

Especially not the sound of rubbing flour, Is this because the sound
clashes, With my own vibrations?

And if so can I for example,

Say produce a super sound,

That can produce positive as well as negative effects.

Say for example to awaken someone.

Peace.
