This shows that our sense-mental effort at grasping things is very fast
And, the speed destroys the meaning of the effort
We end up comprehending the surface of things
In fact, the speed does wreck our spiritual journey while we are in the
physical

Yes, your conversations may have been from just the surface conscious
Hence, the feeling of not knowing personally
One must quieten the subconscious
One must draw back the surface-mental
and allow the psychic being to come to the front
and then this feeling of lack of familiarity will go
Your subconsious may be having a gender prejudice
The divine beloved within is at once a male and a female
It is separated but together as well
This is represented in the pair of Krishna-Radha in Hinduism
And, in the field of manifestation, it is the female part that is
powerfully operative in the front
The male being remains hidden until the field is prepared for by the
female force
Amy Rodgers may be the name of the person
through whom the female force worked for your spiritual welfare
This female person's knowhow you may be able to get
by delving deep into the contents of your subconscious
Although such an effort may not be of much significance to your current life
Again, delving into the past is not a good thing.
It is a good thing to think of females as the embodiments of Mother Mary,
for instance, if you are a Christian.
I as a Hindu think of the Female Force as the Terrible Mother Kali
At any rate and somehow it is of fundamental importance in spiritual life
to know that persons of the opposite sex too are embodiments of the Divine
and therefore to commune with them more and more inwardly

Travelling back across the bridge may indicate that you reversed the
horizontal process of
hovering over the sense-mental objects and knowing and perceiving them.
The reversal process made you travel inward
reducing the extension of the aura from the spine
> That is when I saw the meteor shower and the car disappeared!

Naturally this brought down the energy from above
and produced the necessary release from the sense-mind
Then, your progress in the sense-mental world continued as before
but more powerfully without being constrained by the surface-mental
