Dear Brian,

I also find it fascinating the different ways in which the energy imparts its
information!
Your story is fascinating! I'm very curious, though, as to what teachings
were imparted to you!

You also make an interesting distiction between mental images and
hallucinations. One which I share, BTW :)

Here's an interesting definition of hallucination that I just picked up on
the internet:

"hallucination: Perception of visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, or
gustatory experiences without an external stimulus and with a compelling sense of
their reality, usually resulting from a mental disorder or as a response to a
drug."

Of course I would add "resulting from Kundalini activity!" :))
For me the information seemed to come in mostly verbal "images" if you'll
excuse the mixed metaphor. They come close to being audial hallucinations--
""somewhat" compellingly real! ;)

In the wake of the incredible brain explosions I was experiencing I would get
what seemed to be answers to my unspoken questions of what the energy is and
how should I react to it. A night of intense pleasure was accompanied by the
instructions: "Just lie back and enjoy it!" Others have been: "It's enough
simply to be." "Everything is as it should be and always has been" "it's the
energy of the Universe." "I AM THAT" At one point I was given the
understanding that the energy I was experiencing could be interpreted as pain (because
of its intensity) or as utter ecstasy. "Spirits touching" was a more gentle
understanding. After one particularly intense explosion the formula E=MC2 came
to me in the way of metaphor--Atomic! Another time I woke up and looked into
the "depth of my being" inside the ecstasy, and the Universe was found there.
Another: "The energy is the real me."

I don't get these much anymore. I still wake several times a night buzzing
with the energy, but the "messages" seldom accompany it.

Love, Hillary

I want to do a survey on any mental imagery and
'teaching' experiences associated with your awakening.
Anything is game here. But, I would be especially
interested in communications or transfer of knowledge.
I'm also interested in the sounds or any words you
might have heard. <snip>
I suppose I will start off with mine - it weird but
interesting. These were recurring mental images and
not hallucinations of any any sort.
