    I uploaded the archives to the website in January, as I do every year,
and went through the 2003 posts, deleting all sorts of spam footers, as I
do every year, and selecting the longest for snipping. Most were yours.

  Speaking of wasted space, my post was sent private mail. You forwarded it
to the list, along with your

  ranting excuses, which I have all heard before. I wonder what excuses you
will come up with for breaking that list guideline as well?

    PS: awhile ago someone asked why there is a snipping reminder at the
top of every post. The answer is, some folks still manage to "forget."
