    Both of them are allright and I don´t know why you can´t follow a
mixture of them. At least from my point of view, the kundalini process is
not dificult to understand. So for your own development you shouldn´t need
to understand nothing. With a general picture is enough.But showing and
demostrating it to the scientific comunity it is another different matter.
And that´s were people who have the knowledge and the position to be
believed can play an important role.
