What happened was that approximately 3 weeks ago I got manic. I have
been that before in my life, but not to this extent. Before it has
always built up and I have always kept my mind clear. This time it
happened without an apparent reason. I was talking on the phone with
computer support. When I call them I am always well informed and
focused. Suddenly I was talking very fast and didn´t check the facts of
the problem. I have never been like that before. I have been on a roller
coaster ever since. There is one positive thing coming from this though,
and that is that I have started to write. Since I lost the control over
the mind, it has been easier to find different ways of expressing
myself. But I can´t in depth handle a computer any longer. Well, life is
ever changing. Thanks for your response.

reason and i know it may be hard but you have to tryand find the
positive. Keep trying to smile and know that you are loved and protected
