Hello Mystress...its been a long time since i wrote
addressing you, aomething in your e-mail i read made
me want to this time...
everytime there's an upheaveal, and i feel the
emotions rising and making me turbulent, and i feel
like that peace that was there yesterday, why is it
gone? the state i thought was my permenant state from
now on, where and why did it go away?
immediately, ,my body and mind think its time for
punishment, lesser and lesser with every instance they
learn to trust, as nothing "bad" happens, but still,
react with fear...but my inner guru reassures them....
and i hear myself tell myself, this too shall
pass...saw that in your mail today and felt a strange
knowingness...
