Dear Brian,

Welcome!

I don't know any resources in Birmingham, but I hope you feel comfortable
sharing your concerns here. It's one of those odd things, that many of the
places that teach yoga and even kundalini yoga! :)) have not had any real
experience with kundalini. They can even be actually frightened when hearing of
peoples' symptoms!

There are lots of knowledgeable people here on the list who have been through
just about every manner of K awakening.

I share the parking space "siddhi" BTW. One of those perks! :)) I was
pretty much a skeptic too, before K hit in 1996. Changes one's perspectives,
doesn't it! :))
