Subject: [K-list] resources in birmingham

I am new to the list, but I only recently discovered
what was happening after it completely broke into my
cranium in February and I did my on-line research +
found out Kundalini symptoms sound exactly like me the
last ten years left leg and all.

Anyway, the whole swallowing it and it comming back up
my neck has ceased and it stabilized in my crown and
forehead most of the time now. I am finding those
parking spaces right up front of the grocery store now
too.

Does anyone know where I should go in Birmingham, AL
to find resources? The 'kundalini yoga' place I called
had no idea what I was talking about.

Recently, my wife and I have coincidentally met up
some new friends that know what this is so there are
leads to pursue there too.

Previously I never believed in such things.
