I believe that's what " mundane things" are for.
The more physical the labor, the better. When my Kundalini started rising i
was working as a landscape gardener and it was just *perfect* for getting
grounded.
I was praying and meditating all day while carrying rocks and digging in the
ground...........
unfortunately my back told me to do it myself after some years....*g*

Now when i find myself complaining about cleaning the kitchen, doing dishes,
book keeping, finances, walking the dogs or baking bread, i remind myself
of how very much i do need this balance. I make sure i'm in the dough with
my hands and on the knees when i clean the floor.
Snow removal and working in the backyard is perfect also.

warmly
mia
