hello, im not exactly sure what to do in my case, not
sure if its a problem or observation or what it is ive
been hanging around with friends of mine who are K
awakened and just about 4 days ago i got a surge of
energy thats sort of feels like its electrified myself
and im beginning to get grounding starting the
grounding meditations but trouble is im not sure its
good to have this much energy all the time and other
than grounding not sure what else to do thank you for
your time/troubles
