just wanted to share an experience and ask opinion on it as i'm not too sure.
During yoga which i recently started i've been having amazing meditations.
Tonight in the meditation i was on a cliff at first then suddenly submersed in
the ice blue water which was crystal clear. then suddenly i was looking at my
insides and i saw two tubes, they looked plastic well see through at least and
they were quite thick, running the length of my spine. One tube was icy blue
water and the other was a flame ripping through. At first they were travelling
up which i've had before but they were travelling down aswell tonight. i've
felt the hot and cold energy on my spine alot but never seen it.,
Also during the meditation i had a strange experience. last week i had two
crystals placed in my hands during the medition by a being that was really just
light, then tonight i nhad crystals placed on my solarplexus and sacral. They
were placed on then felt like they were pushing me into the earth. then they
turned almost to liquid, well lost there solidity but remained objects, then
they began merging with me. It was quite painful at first but then as they sank
in i felt a great surge of energy rushing through me.
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
