Howdie all-
I wrote recently about issues with my solar plexus going banannas,
sometimes when alone, but mostly when around other people, or when going
into stores or restaurants.
Mystress suggested I work with projections and judgments.... which I have
been, and yet....
I taught a workshop on Friday night... and once again was exhausted,
depressed, craving food (i.e. when not hungry, as a way to numb out) my
solar plexus was dancing with painful churnings and energy, I was spacey,
exhausted, and went through phases of leaving my body!
Yowsa- all this after teaching a two hour workshop.
I was able to keep out of the judging space most of the workshop and the
ones that did slip through my filiter, I worked with the next day....
And I would like more guidance or experiences from other people about how
they deal with this. It is a bummer- some stores or bussinesses I walk
into and ughhhh- I instantly start to go into another state. Not a fun
one....
Someone else in a previous post mentioned electro-magnetic activity as a
trigger,,, and Mystress mentioned the following experience in her barfing
kriya post :) :

Several years in a row, I was sick for weeks afterward, until I realized
it
was because of all the stuff I'd taken on from the other pagans, and
cleared it consciously.
I spend some time each day now doing Katie Byron turn-arounds, to work
with judgments which are mostly likely a significant part of this
phenomenta... and I'd like to hear more.
How people protecting themselves or working with this energetic- of being
impacted by the outisde world, and claring it when they do.
