OH, barfing Kriyas! Sorry, I had not considered that possibility...

    Makes perfect sense.

I've had barfing kriyas from taking on stuff from people empathically,
and triggered them in others. They are not very common, but very
effective... and it is actually good to head for the bathroom, bend over
the bowl and surrender to them.

You will rarely, actually vomit, but you will get massive rrrraaalphing
dry heaves that shake your whole body, barfing up *energy*... basically,
barfing up the crap you swallowed from your parents.

Staying in the Now is always a good discipline... but K is trying to
release the underlying programming, the root of the compulsive behavior
itself. Puke it up and be done with it.

Funny, ya know... it is only humans, who have a conditioned emotional
resistance to vomiting. A dog or cat that eats something bad, will readily
barf it up, give it a sniff and go on their merry way, no trauma or drama.
Babies, too... they puke readily and are laughing a moment later.

With some animals, like seagulls and foxes, it is completely natural for
them to vomit to feed their young. Herring gulls have a red spot on the
beak that the chick instinctively pecks to get mom to barf up lunch for
them. If presented with a cardboard cutout of a gull head with a red spot,
they will peck it. If presented with a cardboard cutout not really shaped
like a gull head but with a red spot, they will peck that too.

I trust my body. If it wants me to barf, then I head for the bathroom.

I used to go to a Labour day weekend pagan event, three days in
circle, sacred space with 120 people of widely varying spiritual beliefs
and evolution. In such a circle, there is a leveling effect of unity.
Several years in a row, I was sick for weeks afterward, until I realized it
was because of all the stuff I'd taken on from the other pagans, and
cleared it consciously.

Last time I went, I spontaneously, explosively vomited in the car, 10
minutes after leaving the event... fortunately I had a container handy...
and although projectile puking is kind of traumatic, it was much better
than being sick for weeks!
