the pieces that you normally buy because they are " pretty" don't have
enough power to cause problems, Morgan.
Rubin ( dark red) would trigger first and second chakra and is therefore
probably not a good idea....
citrin is balancing the third chakra, unless you have a powerful sceptre
.......
amethyst ( the purple one) is nice, even better with some citrin in it (
ametrin).
Malachit ( dark green) might be a little strong, but does help resolve old
issues and blocks.
the blue ones, lapis in particular seems to feel right for
you........opening in a stabilizing way.
Everything pink, rose quartz, rodonit, rodocrosit, cunzit..........all
fine.....
aquamarine might be a little much.
Smokey quartz can be grounding.........
with clear crystals it all depends on the shape and the energy of the
crystal..........
Since you have problems with being dizzy and stuff like that anyway i would
recommend to stay away from moonstones, spectrolite, labradorite and opal.
Everything that's changing colors......it's all Neptunian energy that spaces
you out even more.
Pick rather dull and darker stones, even though they probably don't attract
you, but they are better as far as grounding is concerned.
sorry, if i mis-spelled some of the names, i'm not used to using the English
names of gemstones.
But don't be nervous. They don't have the power to shoot you into orbit.
Follow your instinct and trust your own intuition.
