I hope I'm not driving people nuts with my questions, but I'm so
relieved to find a forum where I can get some answers!

Right now as I type this I'm feeling waves of heat that are rather
uncomfortable. I also noticed today that I sometimes don't breathe for
extended periods of time (several seconds), like when I'm sitting at
the computer, watching TV, and especially during meditation. Should I
be making an effort to breathe more deeply, or is K up to something
with that, too, and I should just let it go? I guess I never know if
there's something I should be doing or if I should just keep riding
these weird sensations out.

Boy, I'm feeling really hot now. I think I'll go lie down for a bit.
I'll check back in later. :-P

Peace,
Morgan
