I want to offer gratitude and highest regards to each who read or responded or pondered my long essay. You kindness and words are very helpful. When times are slow I often fall to Tao: "welcome disgrace as a pleasant surprise" and Pooh: "the rivers know this; there is no hurry..."

Still, it is hard.

I do know teachers continue to arrive...
