Welcome! You might be happier taking sexual questions to the Kundalini_sex
list at Yahoo groups, but you are welcome here as long as the posts don't get
too explicit.
Twenty-three years of being sexually rejected by your wife is a pretty long
time. It would be tolerable, perhaps, if there were a great deal of affection
between you. If the relationship is Cold in other ways, it makes me wonder
why you are just now wanting to change the situation. Is your wife willing to
make a change also at this juncture to please you?
Kundalini can absolutely trigger an increase in libido--which would be great
for you both if it were your wife who was interested in becoming K active!
Many health food supplements can also increase libido. Finding the source of
the sexual dysfunction, however, is probably the first step.
Giving your wife pleasure via massage sounds like a great idea, but after
twenty-three years of marital celibacy, I'm not sure that will be enough to break
through whatever is causing the problem.
