Thank you for everyone who replied to me personally or via the list about
the heart rate.

I have been through LOTS of changes with K- but this was... well- in one
sense one of the scarier ones... however, I wasn't scared! :) Just wanted
to do whatever will support the transformation and my wellness.


One membet of the list suggested push ups! :) Which worked. After doing
two sets, my heart rate is at the lowest it has been in 2 days! (88/min).

I am going to workout today (something I haven't done in a while) lay off
the rebirthing and see how my heart is tommorow... if it is still beating
extra fast- a la doctor land I'll go.


It is tricky- because part of what rebirthing is about is regression to
the womb... and fetuses have a normal heart rate of over 125!, and this
whole thing started after a long rebirth I did on myself...

Cause and effect... how mysterious.

Thanks everyone, I feel grateful for your response, they definatley met
my needs for support and care!
