Howdie all-

:) My name is Seth, I have been lurking for almost 2 months now...


I will share more about me at another time... I just wanted to write to
see if anyone had ever had a prolonged experience of increased heart
rate. My pulse has been over 100 for the last 15 hours! Deep breating
hasn't lowered it, nor resting, nor sleeping. I went to bed with it at
120, and woke up with it at 100!

On the one hand, I am not worried, I have had plenty of crazy things
happen to me via K over the last 5 years... and on the other hand... I am
a bit concerned.


One other piece of data... I have begun warm water rebirthing myself
again (doing pranayama in a warm bath) and this bout ot increased heart
rate started after doing that last night... it is weird though, because I
also feel deeply at peace, and my body feels so relaxed... and there are
some really enjoyable energy flows and.... an overall sense of safetey
and peace.

:)

Anyone's experiences or thoughts would be helpful.
