That is the only symptom.

I wasn't speaking about manifestation. There is no question of manifestation. Kundalini doesn't need to manifest because its already there. It is about its ascension.

Shivom Tirth doesn't know what he's saying *if* he was referring to kundalini here. Shakti doesn't necessarily mean kundalini. There are many types of shakti. Shakti is just energy.

Huh?

Aaah yes, but that is not kundalini. That is just the movement of prana, or some physical problems. Everyone have felt some sort of shooting sensation in the spine. Spasm or cerebrospinal fluid or blood or stress or etc. Kundalini is always sudden.

Oh but no it doesn't! :))

Avoid wishful thinking in the Path. You have beliefs about kundalini. You have experiences that you attribute to kundalini. You are reading things about it and have convinced yourself that you experienced it. That is all. It is very common with people to want to think that they are into something grand or important.

I am not intent into discounting anything. Are you some sort of idiot? I am simply saying that not all of such sensations can be rightly attributed to kundalini. What's wrong with that? That there are many factors. You must learn to listen, you cannot talk and listen at the same time.

Engulf the what? Kundalini activity is localized vertically in the cerebrospinal area, it doesn't engulf the body nor does it need to. If kundalini rises through the ida nadi, your body will become too cold for you to handle. Rising through the pingala nadi will make it too hot, even to explode like a bomb and turned into ash straight away. Lucky for you your kundalini is still sleeping in the muladhara.

He wasn't referring to kundalini. You do not understand what you read, you're a moron.
