First off I should say that I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening last
year (Saturn Return / Shadow issues) that knocked me on my ass.

I've been attending a pagan meetup at a local coffee shop for the past
couple of months. Much of the time I feel a heat or warmth sitting around
the table. I suppose many of the people have a lot of spiritual energy....
it's still so new to me.

But sometimes I feel heat on my eyes when talking to some people. The thing
is.... I'm not sure if the energy is leaving my eyes or coming into them ?!

Any ideas on this ?
