There are 2 ways to open the heart that I know of.

Either through a relationship which just does'nt seem to of happened, or
through Kundalini.

I am slowly understanding how consciousness is lifted higher through K's
subtle vibrations and how this changes our perspective to one of love. My
consciousness seems so far from this and yet is probably nearer than I
realise.

Open, open, open the heart. I have a sacred key but don't know where the
lock is.

What is the heart anyway, I don't know. Does anyone know ? Perhaps using
the mind to know the heart is the root of the problem and it can only be
felt.

Feel, feel, feel my heart. Open, open, open. The time is right, that time
is now.

I can now see enough so that with an open heart life no longer becomes an
uphull struggle, everything is easy and downhill, the way it was intended.

Now is the time.
