:)) well one can get into spirals of attachment by trying to remain
detached! :) It's a bit like trying to stop thinking about (Ionesco's Rhinoceroses
(or is it Rhinoceri).

Sometimes we get attached to pain as well as to pleasure. Sometimes it's
hard to give either up.
