       I used to be very sensitive to negative and positive energy, too. The
energy from the other peoples actions used to come in waves and hit me. I
was doing exercises to get my aura stronger. Couple of times I imagined that
there was a white light around me to keep me away from the negative energy. But
they didn't work. Then I met Swami G. I bought her book. I read those
lines. She says " Energy has no positive or negativity within itself. It is
simple the primal substance in movement. Mind creates the division of positive
and negative. So no matter what energy rises within you, or what you feel and
are aware of, know that it has no power of positive or negative. When no
attention is given then all energy will fade. Attention feeds it. Attention moves
it......" After struggling with the effects of negative energy for years,
just reading those words stop those bad experiences immediately. The book's
name is " Kundalini from hell to heaven". I hope its ok to refer to Swami G.'s
book.
