Dear Maria,

Well, IMO, it doesn't seem to. Most, if not all K symptoms seem to apply to
both men and women. If you look through El Collie's "signs and symptoms"
http://kundalini-gateway.org/ksigns.html and again through the archives you'll
see that both men and women have experienced each of these. Perhaps men tend to
have more trouble with rage and lack of concentration, while women with
fatigue. Not sure though. These differences may be simply cultural/hormonal.

The triggers also may be slightly different. I suspect women may be more
inclined to be triggered by surrender (prayer, despair) while men more likely to
be triggered by inquiry. Meditation seems to be the most frequent trigger of
both women and men.

Love, Hillary
