I found that sight a while back too. It is very full of info. I recently
did the self-realization there or I think it was a related site, actually it
is
also here at: http://www.adishakti.org/self-realization.htm. The self
realization exercise and sound clip are down on the lower left after the
pictures.
Have you or anyone done this? When it has risen, a cool breeze is felt on
the
top of the head, the hands, and feet.
