Dear Lori-ann

Absolutely! :)) I think that's one reason why mystics used to fast--to
trigger the energy. There also seems to be a correlation between panic attacks
and low blood sugar caused by lack of food. And panic attacks, with the fear
they engender of losing mental control, are similar to some K activity.

I find my K activity is strongest in the middle of the night through morning
until I've exercised and had breakfast. It's again strong before lunch and
before dinner if I don't do my Hatha Yoga. Food seems to tame the energy
somewhat. If I remember correctly, Gopi Krishna found he had to eat small meals
throughout the day.

Love, Hillary

Has anyone noticed that their Kundalini energy seems to rise to ridiculous
proportions if they do not eat? Similarly, if a person eats, do they notice
their enrgy levels drop? Anything at all in this area would be most
appreciated
Namaste
