Magnificent wings expand and fold around a regal head
Covering everything, but the all-seeing eye
Rainbow coloured feathers
Shining brilliantly in a multicoloured down
All around burnished cerulean and magenta gemstones
Shine within a sparkling cavern
The crystal cave
Gently surrounds
The ceremonial violet flame
Small green head of the fearsome dragon
Pokes inside the perimeter
Afraid to go in
Dragon stalls
Lurking just outside
The limits of the forbidden grotto.
Yearning to delve in
To the terrifying ambiance
The small dragon's head probes yet again
This time, a small foot, too.
Finally, Dragon throws enormous body
Into the realm of mystifying flawless wonder
Dragon's darkness turns to Magic.
Oversized body now
Proportionate to the small Dragon head
Face to face with the glorious avian
Dragon softens
Begins to shine
Dragon's reflection in the nearby scrying pond
Reveals the Enchantment
Side by side
Within the crystal cavern
Dragon and Phoenix
Become one
