That there is good energy flow during midnight may not be good 
For, during midnight, the Nature is experiencing inertia 
Hence, to experience vitality during midnight contrary to the poise of 
Nature, 
may not be very good, at least in the long run. 
 
But, it is very good that there is great energy flow at dawn. 
 
> But these timings disturbed my sleeping patterns completely 
Because of having energy flow during midnight as stated above 
This could be due to some defect in your practising 'mcom' 
 
> The masters said I am a highly sensitive person: 
> aggravated my chronic intestinal problems. 
> My problem is the third chakra tear... 
Too much sensitivity indicates the excessive flow of energy 
through the Ida spiritual nerve on the left side of the aura 
This is natural for women.  Even men have it, but unnaturally. 
 
3rd chakra is the only chakra with 
5 petals facing upward and 5 petals facing downward 
This is the chakra of individual will 
 
Discrimination and channelling the will along noble thoughts will heal 
Also, transforming all ordinary activities into spiritual activities 
and abandoning the performance of separate spiritual activities 
will reduce multiplicity of activities and heal the 3rd chakra tear 
 
This imbalance of the flow of energy between 
the Ida and the Pingala nerves is always a problem 
Balancing occurs when they merge in Sushumna 
 
For this, a safe method without side-effects, 
is to practise psychological central tendency 
And, this is rooted in non-attachment to results and persons 
and equality and calm poise under all circumstances 
 
As for meditation, Self-enquiry does not have side-effects

for the practical hints as to the way of doing the same 
 
Studying mathematical sciences or scientific yogic methods 
will channel the vital energy more along the Pingala nerve 
This will cure the imbalance in the flow of energies 
You may read Autobiography of a Yogi by Sri Yogananda 
You may also read Synthesis of Yoga by Sri Aurobindo 
 
> During my first group meditation, I went into a trance all of a sudden 
This is a very good sign 
But, the aim must be naturalise the trance state 
You must try to merge your waking into dream states 
This can be done easily by learning some creative art forms
