Dear Martin,

Yes! Here's a fun URL: www.100megsfree.com/yoga/images/dancingmudra.gif

Interesting perception. Just as Hatha Yoga postures originate in the kriyas
of Kundalini, so too do the mudras. I suspect that the movements are a way of
clearing pathways for the energy to flow. But sometimes we have to just let
the energy flow without trying to figure out why it is doing it. In the early
years I often felt as simply a conduit for the energy. That "I" wasn't
relevant at all! :) But interesting idea about navigation signals! :)

Even though we might get "lost" for a time, K active people usually come
naturally back to earth after a while--chop wood carry water.

LOL! I reacted the same way to an old K active friend before my K awoke.
Made me feel pretty foolish! :))

I think that's very wise. People tried to give me books to read at first,
but I shied clear for the same reasons. After things settled down somewhat I
read everything I could on the subject! :)
