Spontaneous breathing is a common K side effect. It is way of boosting
energy and clearing toxins from the body.

Let it guide you as it will. By surrendering to it, you let this phase of
your awakening run its course and you will move through it more quickly.

I used to get spontaneous breathing all the time...in all sorts of patterns:
Short quick breaths, long drawn out inhales and holding my breath till I
thought I would burst--then exhaling with explosive force. I still get it
occasionally, but it now manifests as long smooth breaths in a gentle rhythm...very
relaxing.

Try to relax into it, but since you have had asthma, you might check with
your doctor, just to be safe.

Peace,
Jason B
