Ryan -- welcome and thank you for your marvelous post! So much wisdom and
humor. Don't worry about the matriarch thing. My experience is that kundalini
teaches nonduality: nothing is not God, including me. But along the path God
can be experienced as mother, father, lover, self, void -- you name it
(literally). Re-knowing the father God of my youth in a new way was a tremendous
healing moment for me.

Really enjoyed the ice-water on the head idea, but it's getting too cold here
in New Mexico. Holly
