  Being able to share with people of like mind is wonderfull,i dont feal so isolated knowing others understand. Migrains have taught me to be still in side of my slef ! i must ammit that i was somewhat of a perfectionist,but i have learned to let be and relax in what ever situation im in.. that was a hard one.i have notice also that thay come more during the full moon. Martin you touched on rebirth, i would like to share an experance,During my dauthers pregency. I visioned my daughter meeting the sprit she had contracted with, i did not see the sprits face only her dress(hence a girl) and my dau putting forth both hands toward each other and holding hands at a distance, my dauthers face glowed with love i havent seen in her in along time...during her last sonagram, in the sonagram itslef i saw an elder, and the sprit, to me he was granting life, she nelt as to ask for life, in the back round was circulating as if t it was the entrance to life through the womb. in the days to follow,
 the sprit she was carring i saw in a vision pushing a door open and comming out and then back again,three days latter she was born but not with out some help from the doctor as she was 9lb and 14 oz,
Martian your words filled me so.that i wanted to share this with everyone.I am beliveing that understanding is a growing experience.
