Dear Martin,

Welcome to the K-list! :)) And welcome all other newcomers.

I do hope you check/checked out any potential heart problems. Due to your
age, this is probably not a problem, but it's always wise to check out any
crushing pain/pressure in the arms/chest. Near Death Experience, as well as
Kundalini could account for the wonderful feeling of liberation/transformation and
cosmic consciousness you feel.

That said, the voice you experienced and the head light/explosions are
certainly a K features!
