Not at all! The energy is not subject to our ego's everyday reasoning --
it's going to do what it does according to its own wisdom. The warning system
you had before kundalini woke up in you will still guide you just fine:
intuition and common sense. The clearing that the energy does will make you more
sensitive in all ways and how you might need to adjust your habits will become
obvious. I've found that love intensifies and, if I find myself needing to avoid
a situation or person, it becomes obvious and was usually obvious all along
but I had been over-tolerant in the past. We can drive ourselves crazy looking
for meanings and instructions as we awake and all we really need to do is
relax, be aware and live our lives. The signs and insights, when they come, will
be simple and unmistakable. Holly
