There is no need. I identify karma in the body as exactly that...
emotional baggage, stored trauma. Repressing it helps not, but
acknowledgement can lead to release.

Well, it is. It is stuck emotional energy. Often these things come up
because the body is asking for the blockage to be released, especially with
Kundalites.

   Fighting, yes.

Terminology, I think. The fear in the situation is not logical, but the
body remembering trauma and reacting with the same emotion is just what
bodies do. Typically, every time the trigger activates but is not released,
the karma gets bigger.

No, I don't think so. My parents tell of my running away from being
lifted into a tree, at age 4. More likely it is hereditary. My mother is
afraid of heights and of large bodies of water. If my fear of heights was
severe, I'd not have been climbing a cliff above a waterfall in the first
place.

We are putting a new roof on our workshop, I have been helping despite
my fear of heights. Climbing around on rafters, pulling nails. It just
makes me more cautious, and that is a good thing.
